Personal change is the process of turning insight into action. The journey of therapy is a courageous adventure that entails learning to recognize feelings; exploring patterns in relationships, coping, and communication; and ultimately embracing new ways of viewing and interacting with yourself and the world around you.
As a psychologist, I use a clinically integrative approach. I incorporate psychodynamic theories, proven coping skills centered on cognitive-behavioral techniques, while also employing strategies from solution-focused, gestalt, and family systems theories. I have extensive experience working with diverse populations of all ages.
